The OSHA program for Franklin County transfer stations provides separate, but related, training programs for attendants and Town Administrators to implement an OSHA program.. The Franklin County Solid Waste District, in conjunction with Lynn Rose, EH & S consultant, has created training videos for town officials relating to OSHA requirements for the Town's transfer station.
